When you submit our contact/booking form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, preferred tour and dates, group size, riding experience and any details you choose to share. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
We use your data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare tour proposals and manage bookings. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
